Affordable finds

I found these cute, belted flat boots for only $39.99 at Charlotte Russe. They're affordable, and don't look too fussy and are the perfect height. I'm still teeter-tottering on whether or not I will actually order a pair. But if anyone has any personal experience with these boots, please share!
