Cirque 21 line by Forever 21

Apparently Forever 21 is coming out with another line called, "Cirque 21" and as cute as the clothes look...it doesn't really look anything different from what I would find at any regular Forever 21 store. But hey, I guess I can't really complain since I shop there all the time. What are your thoughts?
